How much is postage?
Postage is charged at Royal Mail's actual cost, worked out by weight. You'll see it at checkout, and you can estimate it in the shopping cart first.
Is my order insured?
Orders over £75 sent Signed/Tracked are insured for their full value at no extra cost. Royal Mail only compensates up to £50, so tracked shipping is recommended for larger orders.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. UK customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, then have a further 14 days to send it back. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I return something?
Use the contact form with your order number. Hawk will confirm the return and send the returns address. A tracked service is recommended.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of Hawk receiving the return, to your original payment method, including the standard delivery cost. Return postage on a change of mind is yours to pay.
What if it arrives faulty?
Get in touch within 30 days, ideally with a photo. You're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and Hawk covers reasonable return postage for faulty items.
